Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
Get Global Yields ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Get Global Yields. This is a content and publishing site - we do not sell products, and there are no user accounts or orders on this site.
Information We Collect
We collect the following, and nothing beyond it:
- Contact form and newsletter signup: If you use our contact form or a newsletter signup box, we collect the name, email address, and message you voluntarily provide. These forms are processed by a third-party form service, FormSubmit, which delivers the submission to our email inbox - see FormSubmit's own privacy policy for how they handle that transmission. We do not use a separate email marketing platform; submissions go directly to our inbox.
- Derivative data: Standard server and analytics data collected automatically when you visit, such as your approximate location (country-level), browser type, device type, and the pages you view, via Google Analytics as described below.
Use of Your Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Respond to your contact form message or newsletter signup.
- Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate, to improve our content and navigation.
- Detect and prevent abuse of our contact forms.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising targeting beyond the standard Google Analytics functionality described below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, specifically:
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This loads after your first interaction with the page, not immediately on load. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Translate: The Site offers an automatic translation feature powered by Google Translate. If you use it, Google sets its own cookies to remember your selected language, and your chosen language and (for automatic detection) an approximate country are also stored in a first-party cookie on this Site. Translation is handled by Google's own service, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Theme and preference cookies: A small first-party cookie remembers whether you've chosen light or dark mode, and whether you've already made a language choice, so we don't ask again on your next visit.
None of these cookies are used to sell your personal information to third parties.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf.
Data Retention
Contact form and newsletter submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a record of correspondence, and are deleted or archived when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own standard retention settings.
Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data:
- If you are in Israel: under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review information held about you and request that inaccurate information be corrected or deleted.
- If you are in the EU/EEA or UK: under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to how it's used.
- If you are elsewhere: we will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete personal information you've provided to us, regardless of your specific jurisdiction's law.
To exercise any of these rights, use our contact page - since we hold very little personal data (contact-form messages and aggregate analytics), most requests can be handled quickly.
